Opinions such as this one wouldn't be problematic if the great social role of men was as stressed and campaigned. There is no theorisation on fatherhood and its value in social reproduction nor how fatherhood as a role connects with as much the social as the economic and political life. Women's right for self-determination and push for equality should call for the articulation and establishment of fatherhood as an intrinsic aspect of economic, social and political life.
